Our open classes are a general training class where you will learn Muay Thai techniques and use bags and pads. A good dose of fitness exercises are thrown in for good measure. These classes are mixed ability and cater for beginners to advanced.


Fight training is a much harder session where fighters and advanced members can push their limits further. If you are new to the sport this is not the session for you - go to open class first.  


Personal training is based on one to one tuition at the gym to suit individual needs.
